Here at Calm Connections, we offer a wide range of services to support families in our local community. Our services are designed to support the whole family and are delivered by a team of coaches and mentors, many with lived experience of supporting not only children and young people with mental health issues, but also their families and carers.

How to work with us
One-to-One coaching and mentoring (fixed price services)
These are currently paid services at a standard price of £60 per hour. It’s important to note that we pay all our freelance coaches and mentors a standard rate of £50, ensuring they are paid fairly for their skills. As a CIC, we ensure that any profit from these sessions goes back into offering services to those who are less able to afford the costs, helping as many families as we can.
The team at Calm Connections provides parents, carers and young people with 1:1, face-to-face or online sessions, offering information, guidance and support on a wide range of challenges that families can face. Free Sessions!
From time to time (depending on funding), we offer a free monthly drop-in in Stretford, where you can meet and speak to some of our team to find out what service would work best for you and your family. All of our group sessions and free drop-in sessions are listed on our home page.
We regularly share information on our Facebook page, which may also be useful to you and your family.
Please Note
We are applying for funding to support those who can't currently access paid services, so please get in touch if you would like to be considered in the near future or if you have any other questions.
