Our family workshops support you to develop new skills and relaxation techniques, and include:

- Managing anxiety
Calm Families is a 6 week programme to restore calm to family relationships. You will explore:
- Core Beliefs and Values
- How to establish healthy boundaries
- Ways to communicate effectively
- Ideas to manage behaviour
- How to bring calm to power struggles
- How to understand each other better

We offer Mindfulness to schools and organisations and have an Early Years programme to support emotional development and relaxation for under 5’s.
