RESET is an innovative youth-led event created by a parent and professional, who supported her child though a period of a mental health crisis.

Mental Health challenges in young people are rising, services are stretched, assessments and any support can have long waiting times and families often feel helpless and alone. While the financial costs to authorities to support Mental Health are high, the emotional costs to young people and their families are beyond measure.

We need a mental health system that works for our children, young people, families and society. We are all part of the solution.

RESET unites young people, parents, carers, professionals and service providers in a one day event to promote good practice, support as well as share stories of challenges and success.
