Introduction to Family Mindfulness – 4 week course

This fun 4-week course will provide you and your family with an understanding of what mindfulness is and how it can help us in our daily lives. You will learn some simple techniques to be in the present moment, developing attention skills, the benefits of focusing on our breathing and allowing our emotions and thoughts.
